Data retention policy
The komodor application collects personal information, Voluntary information (email, username), and Kubernetes cluster information.
Komodor has a 30 day retention policy for all Kubernetes resources enforced by an automated process.
Integration for Slack does not require any of these fields as this integration does not require any user data to be used.
Data archiving and removal policy
All Kubernetes resource data is removed after 30 days. data is not archived.
On integration removal, all integration information is deleted from komodor databases.
Data storage policy
Komodor’s integration for Slack does not require or store any personal or Kubernetes data from Slack. Therefore, no data is stored as part of this integration. Any temporary data processing that occurs does not involve data retention or storage on Komodor’s servers.

Data Deletion Request
In the case of a Data Deletion request by a Komodor employee (current or former), contractor, or provider, the DPO-Legal at Komodor will handle the request and coordinate the data retrieval from all Komodor’s relevant systems.
Request handling flow – Data Deletion
A Komodor employee (current or former), contractor, or provider submits a Data Deletion request to Komodor.
The request arrives at privacy@Komodor.com.
The DPO-Legal reviews the legal/financial aspects of the request and approves its handling.
The DPO-Legal contacts the requestor and discusses with him the impact and aspects of his request.
The DPO-Legal contacts the relevant internal systems owners to delete the requested information and updates the requestor.
The DPO-Legal contacts Komodor IT and third parties to assure that data is removed from backups at the end of the backup cycle.
