Privacy & data governance
Data retention policy
Customer Property is retained in the Productboard SaaS Product throughout the Subscription Term. After termination, Customers have 90 days to export their Customer Property off of Productboard’s systems. Please see this page for details on how to export Customer Property: https://help.productboard.com/en/articles/360056354854-export-your-features-and-notes-into-csv. After such 90 day period, Productboard shall have no obligation to maintain or provide any Customer Property and may thereafter unless legally prohibited, delete all Customer Property in its possession.
Data archiving and removal policy
For the purposes of business continuity and disaster recovery, Productboard may retain multiple copies of all Customer Property in its then current state in Productboard backups, archives, and disaster recovery systems until such Customer Property is deleted in the ordinary course of business operations.
